Age & Primary Guest Requirement
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age at the time of check-in.
Accepted ID Proofs
Valid government-issued ID proofs such as Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or other Govt. IDs are accepted. Local IDs are permitted.
Guest Eligibility
Unmarried couples are allowed to stay at the property for standard bookings.
Hourly Stay Guest Policy
Unmarried couples are not allowed for hourly stay room bookings.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on the property. There are no resident pets within the premises.
Smoking & Alcohol Policy
Smoking is permitted within the premises. Alcohol consumption is strictly not allowed anywhere on the property.
Food & Dining Policy
Non-vegetarian food is allowed. Guests may bring outside food, use food delivery services, or opt for in-room dining.
Property Accessibility
The property is not wheelchair accessible. Guests requiring accessibility support are advised to make alternative arrangements.
Events & Parties Policy
Private parties and events are not permitted within the property premises.
Child & Extra Bed Policy
An extra mattress can be provided for children at an additional charge of INR 600 per child, payable at the property. For additional adult guests, an extra mattress may be provided (subject to availability) at a charge of INR 800 per guest, payable at the property.
